The Bits

• Tracking numbers for shipments have started going out to those backers in batches 1 & 2. This is an automated process that runs on label creation. I think we are right around 50% as I’m writing this. If you are in one of these batches and do not receive a tracking number by EOD Tuesday, please reach out and let me know.

• Pickup by USPS is scheduled for Wednesday. The window is all day so I do not have a specific time. The app I use to manage the shipments is showing shipping times as low as 2-3 days for a few of the shipments. So, even with the holiday this week, we should definitely see some confirmed deliveries by Saturday or Monday at the latest.

• I am working on a pretty deep update that covers a lot of priority topics. One important section that has been requested is going over inventory with some pics for a parts show and tell. I am hoping to include this in the mid-week update, but if not it will be on Friday/Sat. I will have more details in the next quickie.

• I have hit several of the remaining tickets that were waiting for an initial reply, but some of them still require some followup and are not ready to close. Support request response times will be slow until Wednesday. Anything not hit by then will be grabbed on Friday.
