Hey Folks, hope all is well out there!

Over the last week or two or so I spent some time talking with community members on how to best move forward and get this project completed. There is a lot of info to share as a result of those discussions but I'm still a few hours away from having that run-down ready to include in proper update. So I wanted to quickly go over and what the next 24-48 hours looks like so we can hit the ground running tomorrow.

• The long form update will be going out tomorrow, late night, so after 11pm. 

• We will be packing up at least 5 boxes between Monday to Wednesday with the goal of getting our direct shipments up and running by Thursday.

• I will be doing a Discord Q/A on Tuesday or Wednesday. I will have this time confirmed in tomorrows update. I also have a few community posts I need to hit and will be getting to those tomorrow evening. I have hit a lot of the remaining support requests but there are still a bunch to go. I will be working through those a bit each day so keep an eye out if you are still waiting.

• I'm working with our beta testers to get their machines finished and ready to go sooner than later, no ETA on this yet but will know more before the end of the week. I will also be working through some of the OS and build manual testing with them this week, as that stuff can be worked on even if their machines are not yet at 100%.

• I will have updated on EU shipments tomorrow. 

• I know there are still some outstanding info requests that I have not followed up on yet. I will get to all over the next few days. 

The organizational and ops work I have dug into over the last week will make it much easier for me to stick to a focused plan and hit more milestones more frequently. One of the big issues I have been having over the last several weeks is properly triaging and prioritizing tasks. As we put these new plans into motion over the next couple of days, things will start moving forward and building on each previous success. I know we will not have 100% of our problems solved in the next day or two(or three), but we're gonna start small and end big, all with a lot of community involvement.
