Hey folks, hope all is well out there! 

The last several days I have focused on packing kits and we are looking good to start shipping on Tuesday/Wednesday. I am purposely keeping updates and other non-packing related tasks at a lower priority until we have some concrete numbers for confirmed delivered units. This will be the case until Wednesday. 

Here are the important bits until then:

• I started sending updated tracking numbers to a limited number of users today. These are the 5-10 units heading out between now and Wednesday.

• These will be the only units shipping over the next week. Once kits are in some users hands we can start ramping up numbers.

• Deep Dive ETAs should be ignored for at least the next couple of days. Limited batches will be shipping this week and next week. Larger quantities will start shipping after that and at that point I will be updating DD ETAs again. A good rough estimate for folks who are not in these first couple of batches is 4-6 weeks. This will be discussed more at the end of this week. 

• Manual and software work is on hold until Wednesday. We can push any updates to both online as needed so are keeping those resources tied to packing/shipping for now.

• I will be doing community hangs and Q/A starting on Wednesday. Wednesday night I'll be hitting the forums and on Friday I will be hitting the Discord. This Discord Q/A will take place at 2pm EST.

• I may be slow to respond to emails/post comments until Wednesday night or Thursday morning. I will post a short update on Wednesday on the FB with longer form updates heading out on Friday or Saturday.
