Hey folks, hope all is well out there. As noted in the last couple of quickies, this week I had two project managers join forces to dive in to the Mugsy shipping swamp and come out with a workable plan for getting units out to backers.

I’m going to cover the major takeaways/overview tonight and will get down into the weeds on details in the next update.

The Important Bits

• These batches will start going out the week of 10/5. Each batch will include 18 DIY kits and 2 Ready To Brew Units.

• Starting this weekend, I will be focusing primarily on organizing the storage unit, parts and creating packing plans to simplify the packing process so we can hit the ground running on the 5th.

• I will have one of the PMs packing the DIY Kits each week while I focus on building the Ready to Brew Units.

• The first week’s batch of units will be US shipments only. But starting the following week, we will go by order number. This is one of those details that may change as we learn more about the process.

So those are the main takeaways. This is a really significant change as I now have some additional and experienced eyes actually monitoring the process and keeping me on track.

I will be going into more detail in next week’s update and expect it to be out on Wednesday.. There should be software/build vid updates included in that update, but they are secondary to the shipping plan right now. So priority will be given to that until we have made significant progress.
