Update

Hey folks! The last 2-3 days were not as productive as I had hoped for so there is not much new to report just yet. I’d like to go over what I have been working on and what the next 48-72 hours looks like.

The Bits

  • I just pushed a minor Github update to Commander.ino, mostly just to streamline my temp sensor testing.

  • v.08 of the PCB has shipped and should be here tomorrow or Wednesday.

  • Until the boards arrive, I am focused on a new Docker container of the PI runtime. These includes several updates to the code base that have not yet been pushed live. These updates will start hitting the Github on Wednesday, but I expect the actual Docker container will take a bit longer to go up.

  • Once the PCBs hit the workbench, the only real testing will be related to the enable/disable pin and then a quick run through to confirm that existing functionality has not been impacted.

  • This should line us up to ship something by the end of this week. I won’t know exactly what this looks like for another couple of days and will have a full run down on those details soon.

  • I have not touched any admin work/manuals/etc as I had originally planned. I will be holding off until I finish a couple of remaining high priority dev tasks. Sunday is the likely candidate for these items.

  • Next update will be Wednesday or Thursday and include software and PCB updates, as well as the shipping details.

Ok, that is all for now. Wish I had more to report today, but I look forward to having more to share very soon!

Cheers!
