Hey folks, hope all is well out there. Here are the bits:

• I’ve switched over to the cone/spout hardware (some code updates and ongoing testing) now that the pour pattern programming UX design is finalized.

• The hardware control code is currently working well and I am adding in the additional functionality to handle multiple segments/pour lanes as discussed in the previous update.

• The updated command structure is responding as expected, minus the full segment/lane functionality. The spout defaults to a full rotation and constant sweep when both the lane and segment values are set to 1 as demonstrated in the video below:

• I should have the full segment/lane functionality completed in 1-2 days. once done I will share some more video. As for the laser in the vid, I just mounted a diode to the spout so I can quickly gauge angles and lane separation without having to constantly push water through the test setup. It’s not something that is part of the production design.

• I dont think I will be shifting back over to the front end again until this piece is completed. Should be good to finish and demo the complete recipe creation workflow at the end of this upcoming work week.
