First Boot: Wifi and User Setup

Hey Folks, just completed the first boot account and wifi setup process. This is what you will see when you first turn on your Mugsy.

Boot time is now right around 15 seconds. Not sure if I will be able to get it any faster than that. The setup currently drops into the main interface but will go to a quick brew tutorial shortly. Will also make this a little prettier at some point in the future, but it's low priority for now. And no, that is not my wifi password...

Plan is to have most of the interface on github by Monday or Tuesday.

I'm just  getting to the final wiring now so testing won't begin until later tonight. I'll be sending another update tomorrow night so please keep an eye out for that.
