Blown Fuse: Resolution in Progress

Hey Folks,

The short ended up being a stray wiring harness coming into contact with one of the plug contacts. The short was with Mugsy #000 which does have some non-standard wiring as it is used for testing.

If something fell into or came lose from Mugsy at a very specific position and angle there is a chance it could short again. To prevent this I have created a larger internal plug cap to completely cover any contacts.

I am currently printing it for a fit test. It's a very basic design so V1 should be good to go. I will then be vacuum forming them in ABS on Friday. There is a chance I can start forming them tomorrow depending on when my ABS sheets get here. Vacuum forming is cheap, easy and fast and is a perfect fit for this type of fabrication.
