Coffee Now
Hey Folks, let's get to it!
The Bits
I have resolved the overflow issue mentioned in yesterday's FB update. I have some debug code to pull out before it will be ready for the Github and should hit that tomorrow/Wednesday.
Today I did a complete run through of the Cloud Control API integrations with a focus on the Coffee Now desktop app. Everything is working perfectly so I'm really stoked. Here is a quick video showing the app remotely firing off the Coffee Now process:
Quick test/demo of the cross-platform Coffee Now desktop app. Integration with Cloud Control API is working perfectly. Dry run with no beans/water and status checks turned off.
New build manual files have finally started hitting the GitHub. The upload process is ongoing and will be completed shortly.
I've had to make a couple of adjustments to our direct shipping process. UPS increased their rates for 2020 which has impacted our bulk planning. Anything that is currently out will ship as is, but new kit shipments may ship in two boxes to be able to use UPS's new "simple" pricing model. Current direct shipments will be in a holding pattern for another 24 hours and new shipments will start up at the end of the week. I will have some more info on these details in Thursday's updates. If you are still waiting for tracking, you will not receive anything at least until Wednesday.
I have not been able to hit assembled unit construction much the last 10 days at all. I will begin focusing on that instead of software/brew testing starting on Thursday or Friday. I expect the first significant update for this subject to be on Monday.
Ok, that is it for tonight. Next update will be on Thursday night.
Cheers,
