Update!

Hey Folks, hope all is well out there! Going to just hit a couple of quick items tonight.

• We have shipped one additional kit, bringing total units to 9.

• Address and packing list confirmations are rolling out for kits and a couple of assembled units. The plan was to do these after the Deep Dive updates, but I was spending more time fighting with CSVs than getting updates out. I still plan on doing the DD updates but I’m adding another 3-4 days on the completion. Emails will continue rolling out despite that.

• Next shipment will be in 3-5 days.

• I’ve spent a lot of time the last several days working on getting communications/support response times down to a respectable number. While my partner is helping with logistics, I will be focusing on this. There is still work to be done and a not insignificant backlog of contacts to get to, so please bear with me while finishing these up. I expect at least a week, possibly two before I can say with confidence that 95% of support requests will be hit within 24 hours. We should see noticeable improvement day over day until that point.

• The next long form update will be on Sunday and will include an “all in and what the heck is going on” run down on the current state of Mugsy affairs”. It will be going out late-ish though, probably after 12am, so technically Monday morning depending on your time zone.
