Update

Hey folks, hope all is well out there! I am still working on the big ol’ long form update and expect that to be live on Sunday. I wanted to hit a couple of quick things until that is ready to go.

• This last week we shipped an additional two units.

• The next shipment will be going out on Tuesday.

• The partnership ramp-up has continued over the last week. Most of the real-world impact so far has been on support response times. I’d say somewhere around 85% of contacts are now handled within 24 hours. Still work to be done, but improving every day. We will start focusing on logistics more over the next week.

• Over half of the outstanding refunds for cancelled orders cleared this week. I expect any remaining ones to clear over the next few days.

• The first assembled unit shipment has been prepped and confirmed but not shipped yet. This will go out before the end of next week. I am pushing to add a second assembled unit but can’t say with certainty that it will happen just yet.

Ok, that is all for now. I will be doing desk hours on Sunday evening/night and will have an update out at some point that night. I might be slow to respond to emails until Sunday evening, but will keep an eye out for urgent issues that come in before then.
