Holiday Quickie: Part II

Hey folks, here are the bits:

• I have made a ton of progress on finishing up the recipe-> command middleware.

• The only remaining piece for this functionality is updating the Arduino code to accept a longer command format. Now that spout angles and some other fields are being sent, the char buffer and indexing has been thrown off. I made some initial adjustments that I thought would resolve it but I am currently unable to chain multiple commands. Just need a couple of hours with the debugger and this will be good to go.

• Made some additional progress on PCBs, code cleanup/prep for upcoming release, and spent a lot of time thoroughly testing the message queues for production.

• I’m still thinking about the eventual ship date. Right now, my brain is thinking 6-8 weeks. I could get an assembled unit or two out before then, but my goal is to also have the kits ready to start shipping in significant quantities by then. Figuring this out is still an in-progress task and I will share all findings/conclusions as they come in.

• Next non-quickie update will be Wednesday or Thursday.
