Bug Hunting Update

Hey folks, I found the issue and the problem is unfortunately with the PCB design. I made a mistake routing the 3v line to the DRV8825’s sleep and reset pins. This is what allows you to enable and disable the stepper. I had the pins routed with a net name of 3v, which is not the actual net (named +3v3). Since the pins were technically routed to something, the air-wire error check did not find it.

I was able to solder a bodge cable so I am still able to run tests with them. I am currently rerouting the board with some other small revisions with the goal of sending to fab tomorrow or Friday at the latest.

Im going to hold off on any additional updates until the weekend as Im going to be playing catch up for a couple of more days.

I will have a quick update once the PCB goes to fab, and the weekend update will be focused on Cloud Control as planned a ways back.

Thanks!
