Software Updates
Cloud Control key creation and management has been updated and is working without issue.

You can create keys for multiple integration types (Coffee Now, D.E.C.A.F, custom)as well as revoke access when needed. It's live now so feel free to login and check it out: https://cloud.heymugsy.com/v2/
There was a second oAuth issue that popped up where access tokens could not be verified due to clock drift. This impacted our submission for the Alexa app store and it was not approved. The issue has been resolved and the application resubmitted. I expect the app to start popping up in stores on Tuesday or Wednesday with worldwide availability by end of week. Link will be provided once available.
I have also finalized a new build of Mugsy OS. I will be installing it tomorrow for a quick run though and then releasing it for public review by Thursday. It will also be heading over to our two test users for installation tomorrow.
Build Manual
I just published a minor update to the manual as well as some additional screenshots. I meant to submit them last week but never actually committed the update. Thanks to a community member for reminding me!
I have a big ol' chunk of screenshots to convert to PDFs for the remaining steps and hope to have the finished up by Thursday. The manual still won't be 100% where it needs to be at that point, but it will be close enough to get through the build.
Once we have more than just the demo units out there, the manual updates will increase in frequency as we see what sections are causing problems for users.
Shipping
Deep Dive ETA updates have gone out to those users that required them.
New direct shipments from NYC will likely pick up on Wednesday or Thursday. I will attempt to ship on Monday and Tuesday, but I'm expecting my schedule to be up in the air at the start of this work week while we see how global/local current events impact my day job's daily operations.
