Shipping Quickie

Hey folks, there was some confusion with my quick FB update this afternoon so I wanted to clarify a couple of things.

• Direct Shipments from NY are being pushed back 4-5 days. I have caught myself a bit of a cold and with the current Coronavirus situation I am following best practices and staying hands off inventory until given the all clear.

• This does not impact units in distribution centers.

• Units from DCs will not ship without a tracking number showing up in Deep Dive. So if your ETA passes without tracking, your unit is not yet on the truck to you. You should expect to see the tracking update within 2-5 days in these cases. Every delivery will have a tracking number.

I am going to keep this update short and leave it there until the next update which will be tomorrow or Saturday depending on timing. We have some big milestones with the codebase to share as well as significant updates to the manual. The inventory/packing rundown discussed in the previous update will be held back until I'm feeling better, so expect to see that on Monday or Tuesday.
