Hey folks! Hope everyone is holding up ok and getting through this lost month. I wanted to share a very short update on current status and what the next couple of days look like.

We're still in the thick of it here in NYC but things like government policies and day to day ops have finally normalized a bit. Everything is different than it was but we're used to it now... Here is how I see the next 48-72 hours going:

  • New Kit shipments will start up again on Wednesday. I do not have specific quantities yet but will communicate those in Wednesdays update.

  • Manual updates and software updates will start going out again on Thursday.

  • Deep Dive ETA's will start going out tomorrow night and will complete in time for Wednesday's update.

  • Warehouse units will be moving by end of the week (Friday).

  • Hoping to have some more robust triaging in place by Wednesday for much faster ticket turn around times.
